All new users must register before they can use the application. The intelligent data extraction system integrated in the BoxUp application makes it possible to check any ID document in the blink of an eye.

Return of equipment

All users are required to take a photograph of the equipment handed in to the station in order to complete their activity. Use is limited to 3 consecutive hours per locker, in case of overuse BoxUp is immediately alerted.

Usage data

BoxUp accesses usage data in real time. In case of non-compliance with the general conditions of use, BoxUp reserves the right to ban the user from the Application and to initiate recovery procedures.
